Sylco Consulting began as a family-owned tax advisory firm serving everyday people—working families, wage earners, and small business owners who needed more than a transaction.
They needed someone to explain what was happening with their taxes, protect them from mistakes, and make sure they didn’t pay more than they should.
From the beginning, our focus was simple: education, accuracy, and advocacy.
We took the time to walk clients through their situation, answer questions in plain language, and ensure every applicable credit and deduction was properly applied.
Over time, that approach built something deeper than a client list. It built trust—earned year after year, return after return, generation after generation.

At Sylco Consulting, we’ve always believed that when someone trusts you with their finances, you take responsibility for more than paperwork.
That responsibility shows up first in how we serve our clients. We take the time to explain what’s happening, answer questions without rushing, and guide decisions with our clients’ best interests in mind—so they feel informed, protected, and confident at every step.
Over the years, that same belief expanded beyond individual tax returns into strategic tax planning, wealth protection and advisory, business formation and optimization so we can make sure our clients had access to the tools and guidance to build and protect their own wealth.
Many of the people we serve come to us year after year—not because they have to, but because they feel supported, understood, and taken care of.
When our clients do well, we’ve done our job.

“You don’t eat alone” isn’t a slogan for us — it’s how we operate.
Over the years, we’ve built platforms that allow people to work, learn, and earn alongside us. We saw that real service also means creating access and opportunity.
From training independent tax preparers and supporting busy offices during peak season, to creating referral opportunities and opening doors into real estate acquisitions, we’ve always believed success should be shared.
What that looks like in real life is work being done, people being trained, opportunities being created, and success shared.
We don’t believe in treating clients like numbers. We prepare taxes with an educational, consultative approach — making sure every person who walks through our doors understands their options and feels confident in their next steps.
Over time, we’ve expanded beyond returns to offer entity structuring, tax optimization, business funding connections, and other financial strategies. But at our core, we remain the same: a family business, committed to helping other families and entrepreneurs make smarter decisions, build stability, and create opportunities for the next generation.
